Project/Service Administrators are responsible for coordinating work with Norcom staff and customers via phone and email, organizing documents, orders, quotes, service delivery documents, performing project billing and documenting project schedules, meeting notes and deliverables. Due to the technical nature of our products, this position requires a robust technical interest/aptitude, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
We are currently seeking applicants for Fixed Network Equipment (FNE) Installation Technician. FNE Installation Technicians provide implementation and repair services at our location and customer locations with company supplied vehicles. This position requires basic mechanical, electrical and electronics aptitude, and low voltage or equipment installation/cabling and/or antenna installation training and/or experience.
