NorcomCT, is a local leader in the wireless communications industry and is one of Connecticut’s largest Motorola Radio Solutions Channel Partners, Motorola Service Elite Specialists and Motorola Manufacturer’s Representatives.

We are headquartered in Naugatuck, CT and operate a satellite service center in Stratford, CT. The company was founded in the late 1950s and has grown to employ forty-five team members at two locations with over twelve-million dollars in sales annually. We specialize in the design, sale, implementation, and support of wireless communications and data systems for public safety, government, and enterprise clients throughout Connecticut, as well as bordering towns and cities in New York and Massachusetts. We are proud to provide quality Motorola products and services and have been recognized as an outstanding Motorola sales and service partner on several occasions.

    We are currently seeking applicants for Sales Representative – Solutions (Outside) Public Safety/Municipal Markets. As a NorcomCT Solutions (Outside) Sales Representative, working with Municipal and Public Safety clientele, you will be an integral part of our core mission to provide technology solutions that help first responders, towns, and cities support and protect their communities. Your role will be to provide Motorola solutions and equipment to these critical agencies that protect life and property. Motorola is the world leader in public safety communications and NorcomCT is the premier Motorola partner in New England.

    You will be part of our top performing sales team and will be responsible for achieving sales goals by selling complex technology solutions and maintaining excellent client relations, while utilizing consultative sales methods. Interaction with clients will be in-person as well as via email and phone. This position is based in our Naugatuck location and would require travel to client locations and area trade shows.

    We are currently seeking applicants for Administrative Assistant – Reception (Part-Time). As an Administrative Assistant, you will be an integral part of our core mission to provide technology solutions that help first responders, towns, cities and corporations support their agency objectives. This position will interact with clients and staff in person, via email, and on the phone at our Naugatuck location and will be responsible to greet clients, answer phones, process documents and on-line transactions, as well as provide organizational and administrative support to our senior management.
