All NorcomCT customer facing employees undergo a State of Connecticut and FBI fingerprint check as well as a State of Connecticut Type C background check at the time of hire. Employees also undergo continued fingerprint and background checks throughout the term of their employment with our company.
All customer facing employees complete the COLLECT System Security Awareness Training and have signed the required Confidentiality Agreement. All employees working at a customer location will display a company issued picture ID, as shown below.
