Northeastern Communications, Inc. operates four service facilities, which provide
drive-in service and installation. Our main service center is centrally located in Waterbury, Connecticut and houses our corporate offices and subscriber service center. We perform in-house subscriber and infrastructure repairs on all major brands of two-way radios and data systems. We are authorized to provide warranty repairs on Motorola two-way products, Kenwood two-way products and Icom land mobile products.
Our technical services department also provides technical consulting, system design, project management and system implementation services. Our systems integration team coordinates all aspects of large project implementation from beginning to end. We employ Motorola trained engineers to design a system to meet your operational and coverage requirements, on time and within budget. With tools such as coverage prediction software we are able to accurately predict the coverage provided in a single or multi-site system configuration before an investment in equipment is made. After your system is installed, our engineers can provide coverage testing to ensure your system is providing the performance you have purchased.
Whether your needs are large or small, our technical services team is equipped with the most advanced technologies and is ready to serve you.
