Northeastern Communications, Inc. has been servicing and installing quality Motorola products for the commercial, public safety and industrial markets since 1958. Through the last 40 plus years, our company has grown to over 30 employees and four locations, but our commitment to Total Customer Satisfaction has remained.
Headquartered in Waterbury, Connecticut, Northeastern Communications is a Motorola Service Station, Motorola Agent, Motorola Authorized Two-Way Radio Dealer and System Specialist. As a three time Motorola Pinnacle award recipient and a charter Motorola Dealer since 1991, our sales and technical service departments strive to provide the most reliable, state-of-the-art communications systems serving each individual customer's needs, from the most basic system to large, complex projects. Northeastern Communications also employs an in-house project management team to ensure every project stays on schedule and on budget.
Our technical staff is unsurpassed in the industry. Each of our 12 service vehicles carries advanced testing and diagnostic equipment to service mobile radios or entire communications systems in the field. Northeastern Communications also maintains a full-service, in-house repair facility in Waterbury, Connecticut. Our parts warehouse stocks over 3,000 items to ensure timely repairs. Drive-in service is available at any of our four western Connecticut facilities located in Waterbury, Stratford, Brookfield, and Norwalk.
Our engineering, technical and sales staff regularly attend resident factory and in-house training seminars to ensure that their knowledge and skills are up-to-date with the latest technology. Ongoing evaluations and a quality control program assure that every customer will receive the highest level of service possible.
Our professional sales staff has over 50 years of equipment and systems sales experience. This experience allows us to offer the right products and solutions to fit our customer's needs. Critical System Support is provided 24 hours a day. Our multi-tiered, on-call protocol ensures a manager, engineer and field technician are always available to respond to our customer's needs. Our custom computerized service management software tracks service requests from beginning to end, and can provide the field technician or engineer detailed history about a radio system instantly.
